What is not made clear in the product description is that one end has a USB port, not a two- or three- prong US plug ( a picture of the other end would be very helpful, Amazon.com!). So it's a USB to European plug adaptor.

Not much can be said about the product. Serves its purpose. It would be quite nice to select which power adapter should come with the Kindle you buy. Maybe too much trouble for an american product, but, customers outside borders or regular travellers might be thankfull.
